All returns must have proof of purchase. (ie. Docket)

 

Goods opened or not in original packaging will not be refunded or exchanged.

 

Goods return more than 3 weeks from date of purchase and do not fall into the above criteria will incur a 25% re-stocking fee.

Goods will only be accepted for return should they be found to be faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied.

No returns will be accepted without a return authority, which must be obtained from PRBM Office Supplies before goods are forwarded and must accompany returned items.

Please contact our sales office where you will be given a Return Authority Number, (RAN), and the method of collection arranged.

If you chose incorrectly, there may be a re-stocking fee. In some instances we may decline a request for a return if the goods were obtained as a special order.

Above all, our objective is to look after you, our Customer, and to that end we will endeavour to be as flexible as possible. But PLEASE remember you MUST obtain a Return Authority Number, (RAN), to enable us to accept returned goods
